2. Medical Services and Limitations
Anisa Medical Ultrasound provides diagnostic ultrasound imaging. Please note:
- Ultrasound is a diagnostic tool and does not replace regular clinical check-ups with your doctor.
- While we strive for maximum accuracy, some conditions may not be detectable via ultrasound.
- Diagnostic reports are intended for your healthcare provider's interpretation.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be requested via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow us to offer the slot to other patients.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and illustrations, is the property of Anisa Medical Ultrasound and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
